Dr. Kimberley Hunter

Dr. Kimberley Hunter grew up in Regina and moved to Saskatoon in 2000, where she has called it home ever since. She worked as a dental assistant for several years, gaining invaluable experience in general dentistry before returning to the University of Saskatchewan to pursue her degree in Dentistry. She has been a practicing dentist since 2014 and a valued team member at Willowgreen Dental since 2020.

During her time as a student at the College of Dentistry, she was recognized with several awards, including the Komiyama Birdman Award in infection control, two University of Saskatchewan awards for undergraduate academic achievement, Professor’s Prize in Pharmacology, American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons Dental Student Award, and the Dr. Kirk Johnston Spirit of Dentistry Memorial Award.

Dr. Hunter is a member of the Canadian Dental Association, the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan, the Saskatoon Dental Society and has been a part-time clinical instructor of operative and pediatric dentistry at the University of Saskatchewan.

She is a grateful mother of two sons and a poodle, and loves spending time outdoors in northern Saskatchewan.
